This Privacy Policy explains how 999Precious Inc (“999 Precious,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, sells, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website, request a quote, or communicate with us by phone, text, WhatsApp or email (the “Services”). It also serves as our Notice at Collection under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws. By using the Services you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Please also read our Terms of Service.
Key point: our service works by sharing your quote request with independent buyers in our network (“Partner Buyers”), such as watch dealers, jewelers and pawnbrokers, so they can make you offers. Under some state laws this is a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, health or biometric data, except government ID or a thumbprint when the law requires it to complete a transaction. Please do not send us sensitive information we have not asked for. If you send us information about another person, you confirm that you have the right to do so.
2. How we use personal information
- To review your watch, prepare estimates and offers, and find you buyers;
- To share your request with Partner Buyers so they can contact you and make offers (see Section 3);
- To communicate with you by phone, text, WhatsApp and email, including follow-ups if you do not finish the form;
- To arrange, verify, document and complete transactions, including identity, ownership and authenticity checks;
- To comply with second-hand dealer, pawn, tax, anti-money-laundering and other legal requirements, and to respond to law enforcement and legal process;
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, theft, counterfeits, security incidents and misuse;
- To measure, analyze and improve our website, Services and advertising, including targeted advertising;
- To enforce our Terms and protect the rights, property and safety of 999 Precious, our Partner Buyers, you and others;
- For any other purpose we describe when we collect the information, or with your consent.
3. How we disclose, sell and share personal information
- Partner Buyers. We disclose your contact details, watch information and photos to one or more Partner Buyers so they can contact you and make offers. Partner Buyers are independent businesses that use your information under their own privacy policies. This may be a “sale” or “sharing” under state privacy laws.
- Service providers. Companies that host our website, run our forms, CRM and messaging, send texts and emails, provide analytics, process payments, or ship items, under contracts that limit their use of your information.
- Advertising and analytics partners. Providers such as Google, Meta and TikTok receive device and activity information through cookies and pixels to measure and target our ads. This may be “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Legal and safety. Law enforcement, regulators, courts, manufacturers or theft registries when required by law, to report suspected stolen or counterfeit items, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers. A buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets.
- With your consent or at your direction.
In the preceding 12 months we have sold or shared the following categories, to Partner Buyers and advertising partners: identifiers and contact details, watch and transaction information, internet and device activity, approximate location and inferences. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18.
4. Calls, text messages and WhatsApp
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that 999Precious Inc and its Partner Buyers may contact you about your watch at the number you provide, including by automated technology, autodialer and prerecorded or artificial voice. Consent is not a condition of any sale. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help, or email us to revoke consent by any reasonable means. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party for their own marketing, other than Partner Buyers for the purpose of contacting you about the watch you asked us to evaluate. Calls may be monitored and recorded.
5. Cookies, pixels and your choices
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your form progress, measure traffic and ads, and show you relevant ads elsewhere. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com, and adjust ad settings in your Google, Meta and TikTok accounts. Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information collected through that browser, and we flag any quote request sent from it so that it is not passed to Partner Buyers. Our site does not respond to other “Do Not Track” signals.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above: generally up to 3 years after your last interaction for quote requests and communications, and longer where needed for completed transactions, tax, second-hand dealer or pawn record-keeping laws (which may require several years), legal claims, fraud prevention or other legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own devices and accounts secure. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states with privacy laws — you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Obtain a copy of your information in a portable format;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling — use our Do Not Sell or Share page or a GPC signal;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that require this right);
- Appeal our decision on your request;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to make a request: email sellmywatches@999precious.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or call (307) 522-9999. We will verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we hold (such as your name, phone and email) and may ask for more if needed. You may use an authorized agent; we may require written proof of the agent’s authority and verify your identity directly. We respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days, extendable where permitted). To appeal a decision, reply to our response with the subject “Privacy Appeal”; if you are not satisfied with the outcome you may contact your state attorney general.
Nevada residents may submit a request to opt out of the sale of covered information using the same methods. California residents may also request information about disclosures for direct-marketing purposes under California Civil Code § 1798.83.
Requests for information about a Partner Buyer’s use of your data must be made to that Partner Buyer; opting out with us stops future disclosures by us but does not cancel information already disclosed.
9. Children
The Services are intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. United States only
The Services are intended for users in the United States and information is stored and processed in the United States.
11. Third-party sites and services
Our Services link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Their collection and use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and where required by law we will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
